HOW IT WORKS

ULTIMATE CONCRETE TREATMENT

AQURON 2000 concrete sealer produces a hydrogel that fills porosity up to 150mm+ below the surface, providing a broad spectrum of enhanced concrete performance in waterproofing, hardening, antidusting & internal curing. AQURON 2000 can be applied to any age concrete. AQURON solutions unique catalyst enables penetration into saturated concrete, setting AQURON apart from silicate products.

QUALITY CONTROLLED APPLICATION

The spray application of AQURON 2000 Colloidal Nano Silica & Hydrogel to concrete will deliver internal waterproofing deep into concrete (even under hydrostatic pressure) and will improve concrete health by increasing the amount of CSH gel in the concrete thereby generating increased tortuosity resulting in extended concrete service life.

Colloidal Nano Silica & Hydrogel
A clean odourless non-toxic, non-yellowing and environmentaly neutral product that when applied to concrete results in a more efficent use of cement particles and generates a reaction with calcium hydroxide to generate CSH growth thereby waterproofing and enhancing concrtete durability and health.
Colloidal Nano Silica
Nano silica particles range between 1-100 nanometres. The smaller the particle the clearer the colloidal liquid and the higher the performance. AQURON and CONQOR nano silica particles range between 5-20 nanometres in size.
Hydrogel
A solid jelly like soft material that can have properties ranging from soft and weak to hard and tough. Hydrogels are a substantially cross-linked system which exhibits no flow in the steady state. Hydrogels are mostly liquid but behave like solids due to the fact the hydrogels are highly absorbent of water.
