AQURON 2000 is a spray-applied colloidal nano silica hydrogel treatment that penetrates up to 150mm deep into concrete. Nano-sized particles (5-20 nanometers) react with calcium hydroxide to create additional C-S-H hardgell making concrete more tortuous. AQURON also creates a stable hydrogel that fills pores, immobilizes moisture, and stops moisture migration (wet dry cycle) permanently – AQURON also performs under hydrostate pressure.
